We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, MCP, and advanced automation workflows.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with MCP.
• Experience with automation tools and workflow automation platforms like n8n.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Claude.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI agents, and backend integrations.
• Experience with prompt engineering, prompt design, and prompt evaluation.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with AWS.
• Experience with CRM systems, customer lifecycle, retention analytics, or marketing automation platforms.
• Experience building production-grade AI automations or agent-based systems.
