We're launching Aliro's all-in-one consumer brand that helps people move, settle and thrive abroad: help with any visa to any destination, certified agents, trusted partners, and support before and after the move. You'll be our first marketing hire, and your job is to bring in leads.
What you'll do:
Own lead generation end to end: find people planning a move, reach them, and turn them into real inquiries.
Build and run your own lead channels, such as Telegram, X, creators, partnerships, referrals and content.
Build the tools yourself: bots, automations, simple databases and AI workflows that let one person run like a team.
Test fast, track cost per lead and conversion, and double down on what works.
Report weekly on leads, cost per lead and what you're testing next.
You're a fit if:
You've brought in leads or customers for a B2C product, and you have the numbers to prove it.
You're high agency: you start things, ship them and own the result without being told.
You're technical: you build your own bots, automations or no-code tools, and you're comfortable with data.
Your written English is C1 or better.
Advantage:
You've grown and monetized your own community or audience on Telegram, Discord, X or similar.
Pay: $1,500/month for the first 3 months. From month 4, $2,000/month plus a bonus plan tied to agreed goals. Fully remote.
Process: profile review, a 30-minute intro call, then we share a couple of scenarios you think through on your own and walk us through in a second call. Nothing to submit, no files, and the call is not recorded.
