We’re looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team and work on important projects for Ukrainian and international clients. We have high standards and are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who is ready to take on complex tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Create and review project business cases, market models, and calculations.
Research and analyze data from different sources.
Turn your findings into clear insights and practical recommendations.
Work on several projects and help keep them on track.
Prepare clear presentations and reports.
Take part in client meetings and communicate with clients when needed.
Take ownership of specific tasks and parts of a project.
Support and share your knowledge with less experienced analysts.
What We’re Looking For:
In-depth knowledge of finance and financial modeling.
Experience in analytics, research, consulting, finance, business analysis, or a related field.
Confident Excel and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
The ability to work with data, identify key takeaways, and explain them clearly.
English at the B2 level or higher.
Good communication and organizational skills.
A responsible and proactive approach to work.
Nice to Have:
Experience with any of the following would be helpful, but is not required:
Market research tools such as Google Trends, SurveyMonkey, YouControl, or Euromonitor.
SQL or Python.
Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Think-cell.
Econometrics, market modeling, or facilitation.
AI tools for research and analytics.
