Our customer is an inspection company that provides some of the largest banks in the U.S. with a business solution for facilitating inspections between banks, construction companies, inspectors, and other third-party companies. The product is a software platform that lets users manage core operational processes, files, and report automation within one system, without storing and splitting large amounts of data across personal computers or spreadsheets. Through the inspections tracked in the application, the platform allows stakeholders to review how borrowed money is used, create all needed reports in the easiest way, and compare budgets for the best investment.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager
● proven experience owning a product roadmap and backlog, with strong prioritization skills
● experience with complex B2B platforms with multiple user roles and stakeholders (fintech, banking, construction, or similar domains is a plus)
● ability to run discovery independently, translate findings into product decisions, and present recommendations to clients
● strong skills in defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
● ability to quickly turn an idea into a visual prototype (mockups or a clickable interface), using any tools you prefer, and use it to validate the idea with the client and the team
● practical experience using AI in daily work and an understanding of how to apply AI in product features
● good understanding of system integrations and ability to contribute to technical specifications
● experience with defining and tracking product metrics
● proactive and independent, with a natural drive to explore problems, propose solutions, and move work forward
● English: advanced, with confidence in leading client meetings and presentations
Should have:
● experience with UX research, usability testing, or UX audits
● familiarity with design systems and component libraries
● understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts)
● experience with reporting, document management, or workflow automation products
What you will do:
● own the product vision and roadmap for the inspection platform, aligning it with the client’s business goals and the needs of banks, construction companies, inspectors, and third-party partners
● independently run discovery sessions with the client and stakeholders, identify key problems and opportunities, and turn findings into clear product recommendations
● define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical constraints
● translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the team can deliver on
● shape the user experience through user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for new features, reports, and workflows, and drive design decisions together with the UX/UI team
● identify opportunities to apply AI within the platform (e.g., report automation, document processing, budget analysis) and define requirements for AI-driven features
● use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and prototyping, and validate ideas quickly before development
● define and track product success metrics, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and use it to continuously improve the platform
● act as the main point of contact between the client and the delivery team, managing expectations, communicating progress, and presenting results
● collaborate closely with Business Analysts, designers, developers, and QA, proactively proposing improvements and new ideas
